A priority for the Fremont Area Chamber this year is to Implement the Well City Initiative and recruit business members to participate.  “Well Cities” are popping up across the U.S.  The purpose of a wellness program is to initiate exercise and awareness programs, education/motivation programs and intervention programs dealing with nutrition and physical activity in order to create healthier citizens and an overall healthier community.
